Ink Jet printing on fabric

Printing onto Fabric
One of the easiest methods of transferring images to fabric is the freezer paper method.
This is how you do it, cut a piece of freezer paper the same size as your printer paper, also cut a piece of fine cotton fabric the same size and make sure there are no threads hanging to catch in your printer.
Then iron the cotton fabric to the shiny side of the freezer paper and put one sheet at a time into your printer, sometimes it curls so l have a stick just to hold it back as its feeding through.
You can also print text this way as well, when it feels dry , just place a piece of parchment paper over it and iron with a hot iron setting and this will set the colours.

TRANSFER INK SPRAY
Transfer Ink!™ will transfer stamped or standard inkjet printed images to most types of paper, and many other porous surfaces. Creates an immediate vintage appearance. Soft and dreamy images are immediately created on cards, journals, scrapbooks, canvas, tag art, dolls and many other porous surfaces. Easy, fun and quick to use. Non-hazardous ASTM- D4236 Approved Acid Free.
DIRECTIONS: Stamp an image using India Ink Black™, Memories™ Black or the new Palette Hybrid™ Noir or use a standard inkjet printout on standard paper. Position the image face down on the surface you are transferring onto. Secure it in place and spritz with the Transfer Ink!™ Wet the back of the image evenly. Using a brayer, a cosmetic sponge or cottonball gently rub and dab the back of the image with even pressure. Lift up a corner to see if the image has transferred satisfactorily. Add more fluid and rub if needed. Remove the master which can be used for another transfer. Allow the transfer to dry and then color may be added if desired.

Tranz It Transfer medium
Tranz It Transfer Medium
Tranz It will transfer printed images onto a variety of surfaces. It can be used on metal, plastick, clay, wood, paper, fabric and more. Tranz It makes the perfect tool for personalizing gifts and trinkets.
This creates clear and detailed transfers, unlike the Transfer Ink Spray. Using an inkjet printer, print onto inkjet transparencies (available at office supply stores) and let the ink dry. Spread a thin layer of Tranz It onto the transparency, place wet transfer medium face down to the surface to which you want to transfer the image onto and burnish with a popsicle stick. You may choose to seal this into paper using JudiKins MicroGlaze.
I have also played around with printing onto matte coated paper and it also provides interesting effects. The colors transfer to a more muted result than with transparencies.

Omni gel
Omni Gel Transfer Medium
Omni-Gel is a true "transfer medium". It can also be used to emphasize the brush strokes with oil painting effects, making photo print look like an original painting. Flexible when dry, acid free, and can be used as glue.
Note: This product is ruined if it reaches very cold temperatures. We ship from Upstate NY. When it is too cold here, we can hold orders with this item until we get a couple warmer days, but if you live in a cold area in a different region, we don't suggest ordering this product in the winter.
